Trusted Tech at Home provides in-home technology assistance to individuals in the South Sound area of Washington State, including South Hill, Puyallup, Bonney Lake, Tacoma, and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to device setup, troubleshooting, instruction, and scam prevention guidance.
Appointments are scheduled by phone, text, or through the contact form on this website. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. A receipt will be provided upon request. Pricing is posted on our website and will be confirmed before work begins.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue described at the time of scheduling. We cannot guarantee that every problem can be fixed in a single visit. If a device requires replacement parts, manufacturer support, or a specialist, we will explain that clearly and honestly before proceeding.
We do not bypass passwords, install unlicensed software, or perform any work that would compromise your privacy or the security of your devices.
We will never ask for your passwords. Any login, banking, or sensitive account access during a visit will be entered by you. We do not record, store, or retain any personal account information.
Trusted Tech at Home is not liable for data loss, hardware failure, or software issues that occur before, during, or after a service visit. We recommend backing up your data regularly. If you would like help setting up automatic backups, that is a service we can provide.
